BE PART OF THE MASSACHUSETTS WINE MOVEMENT
Topsfield Fair Amateur Wine Making Competition
Is this the Time for Your Wine?
The Topsfield Fair is holding its Annual Amateur Wine Making Contest with entry deadline extended to Wednesday, August 21st. Entrants will have the chance to have their wines judged by professional wine makers and see how they compare to other amateur wines from Essex County and beyond. The wines are evaluated for appearance, aroma and bouquet and finish. The overall score is tallied and the winner of Best in Show garners a blue ribbon, engraved plaque and $100 gift certificate.
See if that hobby of yours is really an undiscovered talent and if your future lies in the field of wine making! Log on to the Fair’s website, www.topsfieldfair.org and check out the Exhibitor’s Handbook for details. Winners will be announced at the Fair and will be notified individually.
